Yes. We drop the bins at your door before your move — driveway, porch, apartment landing or wherever works best.

At your new address, once you have unpacked. Leave them stacked where we agreed and we handle the rest.

Yes. An additional week is $59, subject to availability. Just let us know before your pickup date.

Reach out before you book. We may still be able to help, or arrange pickup back at your original address.

Normal wear is expected and never charged. Missing or badly damaged items are billed at replacement cost, which we will always confirm with you first.

No. The lids close on their own. No tape, no tape gun, no peeling residue.

Yes. Every bin and lid is cleaned and inspected before it goes out again.

Nothing hazardous, flammable, wet or perishable. Everyday household belongings are exactly what these are built for.
